Hazeleigh Ltd was founded by Bob Edwards in 2003. We provide specialist Programme and Project Management (PPM) expertise across multiple industry sectors, both public and private. Our goal is to enable clients to achieve their programmes' desired outcomes and business benefits through the effective use of PPM.

Our consultants are hand-picked, experienced individuals with a depth of relevant skills and experience. As a niche organisation, we are able to offer our clients an exceptional value-for-money, high quality service. In addition to full-scale programme and project management we are also happy to use our broader consulting skills to help clients with much smaller pieces of work according to their needs, such as creation of a business case or Project Initiation Document.

All work is carried out according to the OGC's Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) framework and PRINCE2™ methodology, tailored as necessary in recognition that each programme or project is unique.
